Location: Please note that these events are taking place off-campus at the Newmont Stage in the BMO Theatre Centre, at 162 West 1st Ave and Columbia in Olympic Village. Directions and a map (which includes nearby parking lots) are available on the festival website. The Newmont Stage is a wheelchair accessible performing arts hub featuring a 250-seat theatre. Refund Policy: As we are a student festival and all of our tickets are Pay-What-You-Can, there are no refunds. Patrons who need to cancel have the option of coming on another night.

Content: Unlike past years, this year's festival will consist of staged readings, not productions. So there will be no gunshot warnings, fog warnings, etc.. As each night's programme is different, please contact the producers at crwr.bravenew@ubc.ca for any concerns about possible content. Strong language is used by some of our student playwrights; we are unable to provide ASL interpretation, amplification, or Vocal Eye; and most of these plays are not suitable for children.

Health & Safety: We will be following the BC Government's guidelines for indoor events

Contact: Patrons with questions may contact crwr.bravenew@ubc.ca or message us on Facebook or Instagram. Visit our festival website at https://www.bravenewplayrites.com/.
