The conference is open to UBC faculty, staff, graduate students and external partners who collaborate with UBC.

Registration: Please select either the EXTERNAL PARTNERS ticket type, or FACULTY/RESEARCHER & STAFF ticket type, below. (Grad Students should go to the organizer's website above for instructions on attending.) If you have a Promo Code, enter it in the promo code box at the bottom, then select your ticket type. There will be a series of registration questions to answer for each booking.

Booking tickets: Click "Buy" on either the EXTERNAL PARTNERS ticket type or the UBC FACULTY/RESEARCHER & STAFF ticket type above and select your price type and number of seats. You will need to answer a series of registration questions to complete your booking. If you do not already have a UBC Tickets account, you will be prompted to create one. Your confirmation and PDF ticket(s) will be emailed to you from tickets@tickets.ubc.ca . If you have a Promo Code, you may enter it at the bottom of this page, or on the next page, before selecting your price type. Ticket sales close at Noon on June 14, 2023.
Location: Please note that this event is taking place at UBC Robson Square, at 800 Robson Street in downtown Vancouver.
Refund Policy: Full refund available for cancellations completed before Sunday, June 11th, 2023.
